Well i decide to get my ass off my bed and go down to the nearest foot reflexology shop near my place, at woodgrove. I just feel that maybe lafter lying down to much and not using my legs that ,uch probably the blood flow in my legs is probably haywire, inclusive of the tackles and knocks that i receive from idiotic soccer players... So as i sat there waiting for the lady to bring the pain she remembered me from the other time that i had come down which was like in January 2005 probably i was the only indian guy to ever step into her shop... :] She remembered the problem i had back then so i told abt the operation i went through recently, she was like "Wah you tahan the pain for 1 yr huh??" I was like really was it that long ago... If not for one of my camp doctors
i would probably be still carrying the cyst with me right now. But i must say that my leg is not what is used to be maybe i should change my style of soccer, i love soccer and what more is that i love flamboyent soccer its more fun and makes the game more interesting when you run at defenders and make them look like fools... : ] So i'm hoping that this massage will make my legs better, thou it will not be good as new...

Well anyway back to foot reflexology, it was quite painful almost every spot that she pressed left me wincing. After a while thou the pain lessened and my legs felt better. But its quite sore now thou hopefully it'll get better...

P. S : I never meant to get the apple i just went to fridge with the intention of getting the orange and i got a really sweet one... :]

Joga Bonito...

From left : Nitin, Jo, P.G, Navin, Hussein, Shawn (yup thats me) and Morales...

"For too long we let liars and cheaters make a fool of the game...."

Well so much for Joga Bonito... Well in case you dunno what it means from my own personal point of view is that i think it means play beautiful football... Exactly my kind of football. I love to play beautiful or at least i try my best but it disgusts me to see people who play dirty and cheat...

Well thats what happened last sun when we had our soccer tournament. We played at the Singapore version of the infamous cage which is located at jalan benar kapal hope i got that right, its located at kallang within walking distance of the Macdonalds there. It was the annual SSSC tournament which was normally held at St wilfred sports complex. Well we finished in 3rd place. Damn that sucked we were probably the best team there in terms of technical ability, but we literally got physically attacked by one of the teams who kept on fouling us but it seemed that the referee was quite oblivious to all this. Thou he was quite good when it came to foul language thou i wish he was as consistent in it with foul play. Cause whenever he heard any foul language the cards came flying out... :[ And unfortunately my team had quite a no of cards for that.

Oh yes i got the meaning of Joga Bonito of a website well here it is. What does it all mean? Well, "Joga Bonito," Portuguese for "play beautiful," a phrase that symbolizes both any football player's desire to embody the grace of the game and to promote the sheer fun, skill, sportsmanship and community spirit that makes football truly the world's favorite game.
